 Wolverine might think he’s the best at what he does, but physically, Sabretooth is at least his equal and in many ways his superior. I’ve given the physical edge to Sabretooth (almost overwhelmingly) and the slight mental edge to Wolverine; skill-wise, they’re virtually equal. The thing that really put Sabretooth over the top was the adamantium skeleton, which I’ve modeled with Density. Otherwise, Wolverine with adamantium was able to match Sabretooth without.
 Like Wolverine, Sabretooth is long-lived, and his history is often retconned or elaborated to demonstrate acquisition of new skills. I used Beginner’s Luck to model this. If something from his past comes back to haunt him, Sabretooth will get a Complication-endowed Hero Point that allows him to use on the feat.
 Sabretooth is PL12 only if you consider the first rank of Rage to be PL-limiting; it’s really a tradeoff. However, with his ranks in Regeneration, Sabretooth is probably closer to PL12 in threat level anyway. It should be reasonably simple to reverse engineer a Sabretooth sans adamantium: remove Density, remove the Penetrating Extra on Strike, and add one rank to the recovery rate of each damage condition for Regeneration.
